In just 22 years old, Italian artist Diego Fazo develop skills to create photo-realistic drawings using a simple charcoal pencil. His latest creation, pictured below, is illustrated with hundreds of positive comments on his Deviant Art profile.
Do not tell me you can tell the image below is a drawing and not a high-definition photograph, because I do not buy it. In fact people are skeptical so this fantastic piece of art was hand drawn by young Diego Fazo had to put up some pictures of work in progress just to lay to rest doubts . And look at his mind-blowing masterpiece, you can really blame people for asking these hand-drawn?
Like other great artists who began their careers on Deviant Art, Diego is a self-taught pencil master the technique matured over the years. He started as a tattoo artist, and developed a passion for creating photo-realistic drawings. Inspired by the work of Japanese artists from the Edo period, Katsushika Hokusai like, he managed to capture the imaginations of people with his accurate line and oriental approach to drawing.
